These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 8bat ("8bat", "we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the website located at https://8bat.cam and any associated services, products or content made available through it.

8bat is an online betting and casino information platform designed for players who wish to engage with sports betting, live casino and related entertainment products. The Platform is intended for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — and is directed at users seeking an English-language, PKR-referenced online betting experience.

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or matched-deposit benefit credited to a User's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity that operates the betting and casino services accessible through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which Account balances and transactions are displayed on the Platform.

By creating an Account, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to both the individual user and the represented party.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 8bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of 8bat or the Operator, unless written consent has been provided.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

8bat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any balance pending verification.

Each user may hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts for any purpose — including circumventing promotional limits or prior suspensions — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), a valid email address, date of birth and any other information required by the KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. 8bat will never request your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 8bat support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms.

All transactions on 8bat are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for display purposes. Actual transaction processing is subject to the Operator's cashier systems and applicable payment provider terms.

Payment Method References: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as familiar Pakistani payment brands for context only. Their inclusion does not imply that any of these providers endorses, permits or facilitates online gambling transactions. Users must verify the availability of any payment method in the Operator's live cashier before initiating a transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Operator's live cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 8bat does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and subject to the Operator's internal review processes, the payment provider's timelines and applicable regulatory checks. No specific processing time is guaranteed.
• The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

All promotional offers displayed on 8bat — including welcome offers, sports starter packages, cricket weekend promotions and loyalty programme benefits — are presented as illustrative examples only. Actual bonus values, eligibility criteria and terms are set by the Operator and are subject to change without notice.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times bonus funds must be staked before they can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Minimum deposit thresholds apply to all deposit-match bonuses. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the associated bonus.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Attempting to abuse promotional systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or any other form of bonus misuse — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets placed on 8bat are subject to the specific rules published in the Operator's live betting and casino platform at the time of wagering. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed through the Platform's betting interface. 8bat does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly covered by the Operator's published betting rules.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applicable to that bet.
• In the event of an obvious error in published odds (palpable error), 8bat and the Operator reserve the right to void affected bets regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the live betting interface and may vary by market, sport and user account status.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup and bilateral series — specific rules govern abandonment, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and player-specific market settlements. These rules are published in the Operator's sports betting rules documentation.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 8bat does not control or influence game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bat platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting known software bugs, errors in pricing or data feed malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other users, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans or promotional restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate deposits or losses through your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly illegal without taking appropriate steps to ensure compliance.

All content on the 8bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 8bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 8bat.

The 8bat name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bat and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8bat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate technical safeguards on your own devices.

All information on 8bat regarding bonus values, payment methods, processing times and game availability is provided in good faith for informational purposes. Actual figures, timelines and availability are controlled by the Operator and relevant third parties and are subject to change without notice.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 8bat, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8bat collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC obligations and communicate with you about your Account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

8bat and the Operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or financial institution.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4.
• At the user's own written request.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited. In all other cases of Account closure, verified balances will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal requirements.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. The applicable jurisdiction is disclosed in the Operator's licensing documentation, which is separate from this Platform.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. By using this Platform, you confirm that you have independently sought to understand your obligations under applicable local law and that 8bat has not provided you with legal advice in this regard.

Any disputes between you and 8bat that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure should be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's licensing terms.

8bat reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date published on this page. Where a change is material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users by email or via an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
